General Ledger
- User Defined Financial Statements - Create your own customized financials. For example, show ten years of activity on one statement.
Compare actuals to budgets, actuals to prior years. Summarize account groups.
- Export Financials to Excel™ Workbook
- Trace journal entries back to the source. For example, double click on an expense account entry and it will show the a/p voucher.
You can then trace the voucher back to the Purchase Order. No more guessing where a value originated!
- Jounal Entry Templates - Save repetitive entries for quick entry. Useful for payroll, depreciation, etc.
- Budgets - Budget Worksheet lets you easily set budgets for periods. Allows you to carry budgets forward from year to year.
Check Register
- Easily reconcile with your bank statement.
- Trace transactions back to the source. For example, double click on a check. You will see all vouchers associated with the check
as well as the Journal entry. You can then trace the voucher back to the purchase order or cash deposit batch if applicable.
- Design your own checks. No need to order preprinted checks. The system will print the entire check on blank check paper.
Accounts Payable
- Quick Check- Have a vendor waiting at the door for a check? No need to enter a voucher, post it, select it for payment and then print. Just use the Quick Check function!
- Discounts automatically calculated/taken when selecting vouchers for payment. Multile discount levels considered.
- Cash Requirements - categorizes payables by Past Due, Due before next checkwrite and optional (not due).
