- What operating system does our software run on?
Our software runs on Windows 7,Vista and Xp.
We recommend Windows 7 (32 or 64-bit). Our software does not run on any Apple platform.
- Is there a fee for multiple workstations?
Absolutlely not. You are purchasing a site license.
You may install the software on as many machines as desired.
- What is covered in your Support Contract?
The support contract offers unlimited online (remote control) or phone support and software updates. As long as the support contract is paid, there will never be
a fee for software updates (including new versions!) This does not include training if desired. Online Training is available as needed.
- Can we transfer data from your existing software?
Short answer: Yes! As long as your data is in a readable format (text (csv or fixed length), xml, .dbf, access, etc)
